Return & Refund Policy

At TeeBeY, we want you to love every tee you try on. But hey — we get it. Sometimes things don’t vibe the way you hoped. That’s why we’ve crafted a return policy that’s simple, fair, and drama-free.


1. Return Window

Changed your mind? No worries. You can return eligible items within:

✅ 14 days from the delivery date.

We count from the day your tee hits your doorstep — not the order date. Just make sure to get it back to us within that window.


2. What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed

  • It’s in its original condition with tags/packaging

  • There are no stains, odors, or damages

  • It’s not a final-sale or custom-printed item


3. What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items just can’t make a comeback:

  • Worn or washed tees

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Custom designs or personalized orders

  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-returnable)

  • Gift cards

If you send something back that doesn’t meet the return criteria, we may not be able to issue a refund — and we might have to send it back to you.


4. How to Start a Return

It’s easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at care@teebey.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and simple instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest post office or courier.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within:

💸 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

You’ll get an email when your refund is on the way. Some banks might take a few extra days to post the refund — don’t stress, it’s on the way.


6. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Just return the item and place a new order. It’s faster and ensures the tee you want doesn’t sell out.


7. Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, that’s on us — not you.

Please contact care@teebey.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right ASAP with a replacement or full refund.
